BANDIT 1 DUMPSTER RENTAL LLC will provide disposal service using our dumpster trailer(S). Service will be provided on the day requested. You must call 4 hours in advance to schedule a same day pick up and swap out. Additional days on your rental period will be $100 per day, starting on the 3rd day.
All customers are responsible for the total weight of their dumpster(s). All customers are responsible for ensuring their dumpster(s) are not overloaded. All contents of the dumpster will be loaded below the top rail of container. Customers shall inspect the dumpster upon delivery for any existing damage. Upon removal of the dumpster, BANDIT 1 DUMPSTER RENTAL LLC shall be entitled to charge the customer for the repair or replacement costs attributable to any damage to the dumpster while in the customer's possession. The customer shall be liable for any repair or replacement costs. Upon removal, the customer authorizes BANDIT 1 DUMPSTER RENTAL LLC to collect any additional disposal and repair or replacement costs attributable to the customer.
Exceeding stated weight allowance will result in an additional charge of $299 per ton. Any weight above the max weight/tonnage allowed can result in refusal of service and off-loading shall be required. A dry run charge of $199 will be billed per occurrence. Blocking or impeding retrieval of a dump trailer on the agreed collection date will result in a dry run charge of $199. Cleaning due to the loading of restricted or hazardous materials will be billed at a 3rd party rate plus a reasonable mark-up. Mattresses and box springs will be charged at the rate the disposal station is charging. Tires, electronics and appliances that contain freon are charged at the rate the disposal station is charging.
Non-hazardous solid waste only. Customers agree not to put any waste that is liquid, or any waste that is, or contains radioactive, volatile, corrosive, highly flammable, explosive, biomedical, biohazardous, infectious, toxic or any hazardous waste or substances into any BANDIT 1 DUMPSTER. Prohibited waste includes, but not limited to tires, paint, batteries, paint cans, sewage sludge, etc.
Customers agree that BANDIT 1 DUMPSTER RENTAL LLC shall not be liable for any damage to driving surfaces resulting from BANDIT 1 DUMPSTER RENTAL LLC dumpsters or trucks on the agreed area or surroundings. Customers agree that they are not allowed to move any dumpster with their own personal equipment or a third party’s equipment.
